• Managing Director Chozha Foundations Pvt Ltd.,

He is successfully concluded more than one hundred projects of both Residential and Commercial edifices. He has more than four decades of experience in the field of Civil Engineering. His specialized knowledge in architectural and structural design delivers the best possible accomplishments. He has been recognised by the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu for naming all of his projects in “Tamil”. A Letter of Appreciation and an Award presented to him by the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu recently.

• Member of CMDA’s II Master Plan Advisory Group – Since October 2007.

He has struggled hard and brought out the Second Master Plan of Chennai City after waiting for nearly twenty years.

• Former Chairman Builders Association of India – Southern Centre

During his chairmanship Southern Centre’s flag was kept much above the other centres in all over the country.  

• Co-Chairman Grievances Committee – Builders Association of India.

He has unanimously selected as Co-Chairman Grievances Committee of the esteemed organisation (BAI) for the year 2009-10 to render appropriate services to the builder’s fraternity and redress their grievances.

• Secretary and Convener – Construction Industry Development Council (CIDC) Advisory Group – Chennai.

CIDC has assured that his experience and expertise will contribute a lot to the institution to achieve its goals. Consequently CIDC has selected him as a Secretary and Convener for the Advisory group. He is doing his best for the implementation of CIDC’s programmes in the interest of the Construction Industry.  

Professional Involvements :

• Actively associated with many international and national bodies like (IFAWPCA) International federation of Asian and Western Pacific Contractor’s Association.

• Engaged in Committee on Affordable housing

• Engaged in Committee for the bifurcation of the Chennai Metropolitan area into three districts.

• Presented papers in CMDA meeting for Role of Private Sector in Housing Supply.

• Active participation in the activities of International and National Seminars, Training Programmes, Conferences.

• Chaired several meetings on essential themes.

• Sharing his views with the public through T.V.Programmes at least once in a month and through leading magazines and news papers at least once in a week.
